The mortgage calculator gives estimates for planning and education only. It is not a loan offer, quote, rate commitment, or pre-approval. Your actual payment depends on your lender, credit, loan program, property taxes, insurance, and HOA dues, and rates change frequently.
Listings
Team listings shown here are addresses of the team's current listings. Details, pricing, and availability change quickly and are confirmed through the San Diego MLS at the time of your consultation. This site has no live listings feed. Homes that sell move to the sold page and stay listed there — nothing is deleted.
The assistant
The on-page assistant is automated. It answers from this site's own guides and general home-buying education. Quinton confirms every detail personally, and nothing it says is a live listing, quote, or offer.
Forms and bookings
Submitting a form opens your email app addressed to Quinton@quintonsanchezrealty.com. No account is created on this site, and no payment is taken on this site. A consultation is not booked until Quinton replies to you personally and confirms a time.
